Accompanied by Yan Jian, the delegation visited the "Impression of Centerrion" exhibition hall and the rooftop photovoltaic power station, gaining an in-depth understanding of Centerrion's more than twenty years of development and its achievements in innovation.

After the tour, the university and the company held a symposium. The meeting was chaired by Li Changlin.

Yan Jian extended a warm welcome to the visit of Wu Sen and her delegation. He noted that Centerrion has long been deeply engaged in architectural metal enclosure systems and new energy, driving the development of green building and clean energy businesses through technological innovation. In recent years, the company has continued to advance innovative practices such as building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) and to accelerate its overseas expansion, implementing landmark projects in several countries and initially establishing an international business system. He expressed the hope of deepening collaboration with the university in talent cultivation and the transformation of scientific research achievements, jointly exploring new paths for the integration of industry, academia, research and application.

Zhang Jixue introduced the company's talent development strategy. He stated that Centerrion attaches great importance to the integration of industry and education: by anticipating talent needs in advance and jointly building curriculum systems and internship bases, it has systematically opened up the channel for delivering talent from universities to industry; at the same time, through open mechanisms it promotes joint university-enterprise cultivation, focusing on enhancing students' practical capabilities in fields such as green building and new energy. In the future, the company will continue to deepen its collaborative talent-cultivation mechanisms with universities, providing strong talent support for the high-quality development of the industry.

Wu Sen expressed her sincere gratitude for Centerrion's warm hospitality and high praise for the company's outstanding achievements in green building and new energy. She introduced the School's important progress in discipline development, scientific research, faculty recruitment and cultivation, talent training, international cooperation and alumni affairs, and stated that the School will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with alumni enterprises, promote the deep integration of industry, academia and research, expand practical platforms for students, and help enterprises precisely connect with outstanding talent.

Subsequently, the university and the company held a pragmatic and efficient exchange centering on internships and employment, technology application and resource matchmaking.

This "Alumni Enterprise Visit" event not only helped faculty, students and alumni broaden their insight into the industry frontier, but also brought new opportunities for further deepening cooperation between the university and the enterprise.
