He expressed his sincere gratitude to the alumni and introduced the key work of 2025, including alumni activities, fundraising achievements, and service innovation. He stated that the development of the alma mater is always rooted in the deep affection of its alumni, and that the University will continue to build bridges of communication and improve its service system, warmly inviting alumni to return to the alma mater often and offer their advice so as to jointly advance the high-quality development of its "one university, two campuses."

Wang Weicai stated that alumni are an important force in the development of the University and the School. He suggested channeling alumni resources toward disciplinary development, talent recruitment and cultivation, and teaching reform; deepening university–enterprise collaboration and overseas engagement; transforming alumni experience into momentum for education; and helping to broaden the global vision of talent training in economics and management. He emphasized that affection is the bond linking alumni with their alma mater, that interaction is the foundation of acquaintance, and that communication is the bridge to mutual understanding; only through sustained interaction and mutual empowerment can alumni and their alma mater achieve integration, symbiosis, and common development.
During the exchange and discussion, the alumni engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the School's development achievements in recent years, alumni activities, and the operation and management of the fund, and offered proactive suggestions on the School's next steps in development. The attending alumni expressed deep gratitude for the cultivation and guidance of their alma mater and teachers, took great pride in the School's steadily improving momentum of development, and stated that no matter where they may be in the future, they will always stay united with their alma mater and work together to create the future.
